How PAW handles website inquiry information.
Information we collect
When you send a project inquiry, PAW may receive your name, work email, company, market, estimated quantity, project details and any links you choose to provide. Basic technical information may also be recorded by the website and hosting provider for security and operation.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to answer your request, prepare product or quotation discussions, coordinate sampling and production, and maintain necessary business records. PAW does not sell information submitted through the inquiry form.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting, email and other service providers may process information only as needed to operate the website and respond to requests. Because PAW supports international buyers, information may be processed in a different country from where it was submitted.
Retention and choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business relationship, legal obligations and security. You may contact PAW to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
